Terms and conditions

Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the date of receipt.

Under 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged 50% of your total accommodation costs.

No Show or cancellation within 48 hours,100% of accommodation costs will be charged.

Any cancellation may be liable to pay cancellation charges. Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover.

In exceptional circumstances we may find it necessary to cancel your booking or offer a similar suitable accommodation. If this is not acceptable we will refund any sum you have paid to us which shall constitute fully and final settlement of any liability we may have to you as a result of such cancellation.

The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if:

The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.

The Company becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.

It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the Company’s opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.

In any of these circumstances the Company will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client.

-Arrival information:

As our apartments don’t have a reception, you need inform us of your estimated time of arrival. Please refer to your reservation number. If you travel by plane, include your flight schedule so we can track your flight.

Upon arrival & check in procedure :

You will receive the keys at the apartment.

Check-in time: 15:00 hours, Check-out time: 11:00 hours

If you prefer to check out or check in outside regular hours, a surcharge applies.

The surcharge has to be paid in cash upon arrival or check out.

Early check in:

€50,- between 07:00 hours and 11:00 hours

€35,- between 11:00 hours and 15:00 hours

Late check in:

€35,- between 19:00 hours and 23:00 hours

€50,- after 23:00 hours

Late check out:

€25,- studio/1 bedroom extended check out till 13:00 hours

€35,- 2, 3, 4 bedrooms extended check out till 13:00 hours

€45,- studio/1 bedroom extended check out till 17:00 hours

€65,- 2, 3, 4 bedrooms extended check out till 17:00 hours
